Thank you for shopping with Bean & Bear. We’re so grateful for your support and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our refund and return guidelines below:
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- For health and safety reasons, certain items (such as clearance, intimate wear, or personalized products) are final sale.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. (Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless your item arrived damaged or defective.
Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
- Pre-order and pre-sale purchases are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed, as these items are made to order and stocked in limited quantities.
- Please be sure of sizing and styles when ordering pre-order items. If your little one has a growth spurt before items arrive, please reach out and I will do my best to swap sizes.
- Sale or discounted pieces may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at beanandbearbamboo@outlook.com. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
