At Bean & Bear, we’re excited to bring your bamboo favorites to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping details below:

Processing Times

• Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items are processed within 2–4 business days.
• Pre-order items have longer processing times since they are specially produced for you. Estimated timelines will be shared in each product listing. Please note that pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may shift slightly due to manufacturing or transit delays.
• If you order a mix of RTS and pre-order items together, your order will ship once all items are in stock.

 

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Free local pickup or delivery may be available in Pennfield, NB OR Saint John, NB).

 

Delivery Times

• Canadian orders typically arrive within 3-10 months business days once shipped.
• Please note that once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

 

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Bean & Bear is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are with the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to help you track them down.
• If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly for support.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase.
